• Indemnification (Section 4)
• Limitation of Liability (Section 3)

6. Miscellaneous. 

• Motion Hi-Tech’s failure to enforce any provision shall not be deemed a waiver of its rights.
• We may assign our rights under this Agreement to any third party without notice.
• Any rights not expressly granted in this Agreement are reserve
